Shipping policy

Free shipping applies to Dubai only. All items shipped outside of Dubai or internationally are processed within 3 to 7 days and delivered by DHL. If you need your item on a specific day, please inform us prior to shipping. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

For exchanges, the product should stay in good condition to be able to sell it again. However, if there are any damages caused during delivery, please refer to the following:

If the product is in good condition, but the packaging is damaged, then the client has the option of requesting a new one at no additional cost. This however will be subject to availability.

If the packaging is in good condition but the product is damaged then please contact us immediately. In case of damage due to normal wear and tear, we will require pictures of both the product and packaging prior to refunds being issued. Clients will have to pay delivery fees when returning products.
